Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are to be communicated to (email address/ whatsapp) within seven days from the date of purchase of goods from us.
  • Customers will have the option of exchanging the products for another product of similar value or obtaining a full cash refund. 
  • To be eligible for a refund products returned need to be in their original condition along with original tags and should not be used, damaged or washed. In the event these conditions are not the customer is not eligible for a refund, and we assume no liability in this regard. 
  • Refunds will be only made on the value of the purchase product only. 
  • Please note lingerie and clearance sale items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of returned item to our warehouse. 

Credit/Debit Card payment refund.

  • If the payment has been made via credit or debit card payment method, we will process the refund to the customer through the Internet Payment Gateway (PayHere) system.
  • Once we Initiated a Refund For the relevant Payment On the requested date & it will be processed by PayHere. The refund Will Reach Customer’s Card Within 2 Day via PayHere`s bank.  
  • A Delayed Refund can take up to 5-10 days to get refunded back to customer.
  • An Instant Refund immediately gets refunded back to the customer as a Void in real-time

KOKO & MintPay Payment Refund.

  • If the payment has been made via KOKO or MintPay payment method, we will process the refund manually to the customer via our merchant portal KOKO and MintPay system respectively. It will take approximately 4-5 days to reflect in your account statement.
  • Doorstep refund via delivery service may not be applicable.
